On the Policyholder Portal you can:
Log in to your Policyholder Portal account to view your benefits, download a copy of your policy, view/update contact information, and see other policy information.
Because Penn Treaty and American Network are in Liquidation, you cannot make changes to your benefits unless your policy language specifically provides for that. Please call Customer Support at 1-800-362-0700 with any questions.
If you have lost your policy and would like a replacement, you can download a copy from the Policyholder Portal or call Customer Support at 1-800-362-0700 to request that a copy be mailed to you.
To change your address, visit the Policyholder Portal or call Customer Support at 1-800-362-0700. You can also mail or fax a written request signed by you or your legal representative. If your legal representative is signing for you, please include a copy of the appropriate legal paperwork.
If your policy has lapsed and you would like to discuss options for reinstatement, call Customer Support at 1-800-362-0700.
A Third-Party Designee is someone that is contacted on your behalf if your policy is in danger of lapsing. It is important to keep this information updated in our files. Please visit the Policyholder Portal or call Customer Support at 1-800-362-0700 if you do not have a Third-Party Designee on file, or if you would like to provide updated information.
If you have a Power of Attorney acting on your behalf, and you would like this legal representative to receive communications and make decisions about your policy, please send authorized paperwork to:
We are required to maintain your Privacy, and in order to do so, we must have authorization to speak with anyone other than the Policyholder, when we provide any information about your policy. We require your agreement and sign-off as well as the name, address and phone number of Authorized Individuals you would like to add. Please visit the Policyholder Portal or call Customer Support at 1-800-362-0700 to add or remove Authorized Individuals to/from your file.
Authorized individuals can include anyone you would like to be privy to your information, and can include but are not limited to: Power of Attorney, Legal Representative, Spouse, Son, Daughter, Provider/Caregiver, trusted friend, etc. Authorized individuals may access information available on the Policyholder Portal. However, please be aware that access to the portal is limited to one user per policy.
